Apartment Surawong Silom

Has anyone here heard any feedbacks about thie <deleted> Apartment in Silom Surawong?

I find it really unusual because the people working in this apartment are all grumpy except for the old security guard stationed every evening.

I have lived in Sukhumvit for the same price here but never experienced old aircons that are so noisy and made my electtric bill raise upto 3,400 despite me using the aircon only in the evening since i work 6 times a week! I open aircon around 9pm then off it by 1am then on it 3am then off by 5am.

Also i dont even use it straight in the evening. I turn it off since the thermostat aint working anymore ( yeah, i was advised after i paid that the aircon in that room can't be adjusted. You also need to turn it off from the breaker as the switch in the aircon itself is no longer working )

My super friendly and nice thai friend once visited me and i was surprised she was treated also badly by the old women in the reception.

Beware all people who wish to rent here. They will rip you off from the electric bill!

I first visited this apartment 1 month in advance prior to returning to finally rent. They showed me various rooms and the room i wanted was raised to 1,000 higher after they realized i was keen to rent it.

I am a friendly and basically easy to deal with person and i am wondering why these old women in <deleted> has treated me that way.
