Ok,home remedies, olive oil, hydrogen perox... they don't work for me.

I need to go to a doctor or clinic.

A hospital is expensive. So can anyone recommend a clinic?

Prefer near BTS or MRT.

Thanks.

Unless you go to the most expensive do not believe most hospitals would be that expensive and you would have a lot better chance to have a doctor who knows that they are doing.

You need to go to a ear nose and throat dept at a hospital which have vacumn equipment to suck the wax out. Most small clinics don't cater for this service.

Then again there is the Thai mens hair dressers where they lay you back in the chair and dig the stuff out with a small spoon which is cheaper.

What they did with my build up.They took A large plastic syringe filled it with water. Then pushed the water in my ear.The wax came out quick. My blockage was so bad I couldn't hear at all out of 1 ear.The problem was because when I would ride the motorcycle I would wear ear plugs.Well after awhile they pressed the wax against my ear drums.Go to an ear clinic. They should

Be able to do the same thing that I had done.

You will need to go to a chemist/drugstore first and get some waxhole it's called something like that, do the drops for 5 days then see a doctor for the flush out, not much point before hand, when I was living there I bought the biggest syringe and once the 5 days were up I pumped the warm water in myself worked the first time but not the second, I need this done every 2 or 3 years I'm an old hand at it.

Actually the doctors do it in one sitting with live video for patient to monitor at Vejthani Hospital - expect others are the same.

Even the one time I had done more than 25 years ago in USA it was done in one sitting by nurse.

"You need to go to a ear nose and throat dept at a hospital which have vacumn equipment to suck the wax out. "

Some of the best $ ever spent and if you wait too long very painful and challenging for Dr.

I go to the ENT specialist at Bangkok Christian Hospital and it's remarkable what comes out and how thorough

(complete with regard to every detail; not superficial or partial ) the doctor is [emoji106] to do it yearly is really helpful and when it's done hearing is much better and water does not get trapped as easy when swimming or showering .

Great video above and really shows how there is no way to accomplish what Dr does without that scope and suction tool he has . Even with that he at times has real challenges getting big pieces out at times and can be so painful if one waits too many years . Thanks for video !

They don't suck it out.

As stated by someone they sringe the ear & blast it out. Very effective, quick, no pain.

It's gentle heat and suction. Hydrogen peroxide works better than the flushing method. Flying will be much more comfortable without the wax.

Actually in Hospital they are very likely to suck it out. Which after having the sringe treatment which resulted in my being unable to even walk for almost an hour - not to mention feeling like a zombie - I would much prefer non water based removal.

Manual removal of earwax is also effective. This is most often performed by an otolaryngologist using suction, special miniature instruments, and a microscope to magnify the ear canal. Manual removal is preferred if your ear canal is narrow, the eardrum has a perforation or tube, other methods have failed, or if you have diabetes or a weakened immune system.

Repeated use of the syringe treatment increases risk of damage to the ear drum...in the UK they use a powered driver for the water for this reason so it gives a constant water pressure.

Best method is the suction as described above...probably more expensive but much more effective at clearing everything out....and above all safer.

Sukhumvit Soi 22. Just past the Queen's Park Bars. On the same side of the road. Ear, Nose and Throat. They have the ear video and two big screens. 600 Baht.

In cases where the wax is impacted and rock hard any kind of suction, syringing, or peroxide would likely not be effective out requiring manual removal using special instruments.

that's why it is liquefied with heat, before suction is applied.

I think when you have a rock hard chunk of scum like that in a patients ear the heat required to liquefy it would severely burn the patients ear canal before any effective liquefaction could be achieved. That is why it is removed manually with specialized medical instruments.

a cellphone can melt in a hot car; without it being hot enough to burn your body.....a hot room can melt a candle....can I recommend some online science courses? Or perhaps do a search of hot wax porn videos.....

As pornography is prohibited in Thailand I would not dare to google porn but am familiar with the wax thing somewhat. Attending a "Rave" event in southern California around 2001 there were many shirtless young men with body covered in dried candle wax. I learned it was a popular paraphilia associated with MDMA consumption at that time.

I hope nobody who searches for ear wax removal is tempted to try Ear Candling.

Ear Candling is a thoroughly discredited, ineffective and potentially dangerous form of pseudo-medical bunk, pushed exclusively by charlatans and quacksalvers (and people who sell ear candles).
