24 year old female driver at 0550, sounds very much to me like someone who has been on the booze all night, maybe in a bar or someones room.

If guilty I hope she never sees daylight again!!

There will definitely be a fine but i doubt there will be any jail time or if there is not very long. My guess is she will move away from Chiang Mai study somewhere else or work in Bangkok to escape the shame.
