Can I (Australian) marry a Filipina citizen and then get her attached to my retirement visa ?

If so where would the marriage need to be registered ? Could it be done in the Philippines ?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, your wife can become your dependent if you yurself meet the criteria.

It doesn't matter where you get married, as long as it is a legal marriage and you can supply proof of that. The Phillipines will be fine.

What type of visa would she then have?

I answered you question in your topic about getting a work permit.

After marriage she she would get a single entry non-o visa and then apply for an extension of stay as your dependent. The first extension would be issued up to the date your current one expires and then she would get a new a the same time you get yours done.
