Hello,

Is there somebody in Koh Samui, who can provide me the adress/name and telephonenumber from the local DHL office?

I send some package by them and pay for the freightcost, however they still don't send me any freightinfo.

I know that the offices is situated just about 1 mile north from TESCO/LOTUS and it hahave a yellow board outside the office with the text: DHL and a telephonemumber.

I hope that there is anyone who can help me?

I already tried Google and i have either called to Bangkok office.

But they confirm me that there's no official DHL office in Samui. So it must be a just a freight-office who works for several different forwarders. so i need somebody who knows this office. As far as i know there is only one DHL agent on Samui ( on the Samui ringway 69 just before the hill after TESCO/LOTUS) and close by the UPS office.

Are you saying that you sent a package through DHL and did not get the usual receipt with a waybill number? Such receipt should be issued on the spot when you hand over the package.

If you have the receipt, go to the DHL web site, enter the waybill number under “Fast Track” and you get information about the progress of the shipment.

Hello Maestro,

Thats correct, i think they not used DHL but another forwarder.

They promist to send me an email with the details the next day.

The only papers i get was an invoice that i paid 9000 baht and an invoicenumber, and another paper with says" Domestic Air Fright and delivery"

So that's the reason why i want to call them and inform about my package and the status of it.
