May be somebody can help me to find it on some maps. I was not able to find it. Could it be a fake address ?

I think this is Sukhumvit Soi 25. Go ou of town on the road to Laem Chabang, turn right at the first traffic lights.

Sorry. Missed a bit. At the traffic lights, do a U turn then come back towards town about 200 metres. Big 7/11 on the corner so turn left then. It is a really busy Soi. That Soi meanders for a few kilometres till it comes out at the Khao Ma Keaow Road junction, near Ban Pong

For this Soi 25 sounds plausible.

In the center you see Moo 2, right from that is the Takhian Tia tambon administration ("Ta Khian Tia Sub District Administration Organization").

Unfortunately it is technically impossible to exactly point to an address in Thailand from the house number.
