I bought the XS800 aprox 4 years ago. Used 24/7 while I am away from Thailand, and on any vehicle I am not using while here.

Finally gave up the ghost. Showed charging, but never came up to full charge, and got quite warm to the touch.

Contacted CTEK in Sweden. They advised to send charger back to them. If it can be repaired they will do so at no charge to me, and return.

Just received a brand new - in the box - charger from CTEK at no charge, and they paid the postage.

Can't be beat.

Great customer service . Well done CTEC . Im in the market for a lithium / regular battrey charger - no prizes for guessing whos getting my money .Good service , and reports from happy customers , gets repeat business . Some other companies could learn from this .
