Just to confirm. To apply for a double entry tourist visa do I go to The Royal Thai Embassy, Avenue Kaysone or the New Thai Consular Office, Unit 15, Ban Phonsinaun?

You go to the consular section.

"Consular Section is NOT located within the premise of the Embassy chancery at Kaysone Phomvihane Avenue.

Its address is No.15 Ban Ponesinuan, Bourichane Road, Vientiane Capital (near Lao-Singapore Business College)."
