Found this Australian article from a few days ago which aims to cover the global sitaution

http://www.news.com.au/finance/business/worlds-biggest-recall-now-53-million-cars-with-takata-airbags-might-spray-shrapnel/story-fnkgdhrc-1227361789731

"Takata airbags: the recalled models so far

Chrysler 300C sedan 2006 to 2007

Honda Jazz 2004 to 2009

Honda Accord Euro 2004 to 2007

Honda CR-V 2002 to 2008

Honda Civic 2004 to 2005

Nissan N16 Pulsar

Nissan D22 Navara

Nissan Y61 Patrol

Nissan T30 X-TRAIL

Nissan A33 Maxima

Toyota Echo 2003 to 2005

Toyota RAV4 2003 to 2005

Toyota Corolla 2003 to 2007

Toyota Yaris 2005 to 2007

Toyota Avensis 2003 to 2007"

Probably more to come per the article. I will be surprised if we see any vehicles made exclusively in Thailand or SE Asia on the list anytime soon. The money-men will calculate that it's cheaper here to pay damages! Be careful with your Vigos and Fortuners (I have one of each). Wife's Jazz was made in Tokyo (in the big Thai flood) but that's seemingly not viewed to be a risk (yet?). Nothing on the list that was made after 2009? No Hondas/Toyotas so maybe that's indicative for those of us with later models. I don't know the age of those Nissan models though.

Edit: On reflection maybe this is just Australian models - the age indicator would nonetheless be useful globally and of course some of those models would have been sold in Thailand.
