Hope it's the right forum... If not, I apologise

For french social authorities, I need to let sign a paper by "tax department" telling I don't earn any income in the Kingdom.

As a retiree here, I don't earn any income (I spend too much, but it's another story...)

The french embassy in Bangkok tells me I have to go to "thai tax" with passport and visa, and I will get this (paying) certificate.

OK, but I live in Hua Hin.

Has anybody experienced this before ?

Is there a "tax department" in Hua Hin and do you know where it is ?

Is this certificate easy to get ?

Not sure which of the certificates you would need shown here.. http://www.rd.go.th/publish/21975.0.html There is no mention of any fees to get it.
