Can anyone tell me if they still have parkour or free running classes in Bangkok. There were classes run by Parkour generations a few years back organised by California fitness in or near Paragon and Benjasiri Park I think , but not sure now.

Crikey, those days, alas, are long gone for me. A walk to take the garbage out requires physical effort over my mental inertia. Memories of youth remain, at least for the moment........sorry, can't help you thaipod

Yeah, Parkour Generations used to do classes on Sukhumvit Soi 13 a couple of times a week but it looks like their classes are on hold now- might be worth dropping them an email to see if they're starting up again soon - http://pkgasia.com

My 12 year old son loves it and wants to know if he can find a group or a trainer. The experts are amazing to watch, but I would not try their stunts.

A free running, parkour exhibition was held at Seacon Bang Khae over the weekend. Great stuff. 4 young farang guys participating. Some of the 'light weight' thais were really good. Considering it was such a tight space the show was well worth watching. I was on the 3rd floor looking down.

I have no idea how you would contact the club. Maybe get in touch with Seacon management.
