Can anyone tell me if you can obtain a non immi B one year multi entry in Phnom Penh.

If so, what is the processing time?

No.

Your best bet is Penang if you have more than 8 months validity on your work permit.

So whats the most convenient location to obtain a non B 1 year multi entry from Bangkok, cost effective at that?

I mean outside of Thailand.

You might try Australia. In the neighborhood you will not get a multiple, unles you go to Penang wth a work permit that has at least 8 months left on it.

I have done Australia initially. And then 2 Penangs as i was living in Phuket and that was convenient. I am now based in Bangkok, so unsure of what is the local consulate/embassy to get a 1 year non B M.

Does Singapore not even do 1 year Multiple any more?

My WP will have 6 months left on it when i am renewing, was never an issue past 2 years in Penang.

Your best bet is Penang. They normally want to see 8 months, but if you have gotten it with 6 months there is no reason why they shouldn't do it this time. (The 8 month rule is not a new one).

Penang - easy to fly to from BKK and in my opinion much nicer than Singapore with better, cheaper, curry.

Singapore are really strict; in days gone by, you needed to have at least residency/work in Singapore to get a one year multiple non immigrant 'b'.

If you could not meet these criteriae you were normally denied, even if you were Singaporean but classified non resident.

be advised if ur from Cambodia or Vietnam or just about any African country Penang will NOT issue you a non b visa or any visa anymore

am here now

For most "1st world countries" no problem
