Visa companies for visa Chiangmai

I asked on a diff thread about getting two tourist visas in Laos

As I will travel up to Chiangmai and go from there, can anyone please give me some agencies preferably agencies that also can arrange accommodation if I need it.. I am not sure how long it takes to get new tourist visas..

Just make sure you have a photo and the right amount of US currency (they are asking for an extra $1 from the base price listed on the Internet so make sure you have an extra dollar) to make the visa on arrival process easy... Also preprint and fill out the application before you leave and if you fly Lao Air ask to be seated in the back of the plane because they exit from the back and you will be first in line at the VOA desk...
