I need to change my habits.

I am retired now and often cannot sleep at night. Listen to music with headphones so not to disturb others.

When I am awake very early, it dawns (pun) on me I do not have to get up at five anymore. Can sleep anytime.

I have a new routine.

When you are working you do have a routine.

Mornings I read the news.

Complete a cryptic crossword.

Solve a saduko puzzle, anything less than a 5 star does not take very long.

Then writing; reply to e mails and my own personal diary.

Next maybe TV and the insults some throw at me.

Water off a ducks' back.

I can dish it out too!

At about midday I go out for lunch.

It is a fond pleasure.

Affordable in Thailand.

Not expensive restaurants, only two open air eating places.

Today being Thursday, Pa Oh.

As soon as I walked in, great apologies, Noi the patt Thai maker is ill, you will have to eat something else.

They knew I habitually eat patt Thai on a Thursday.

Then I thought of other days of the week and there was a pattern.

Laughed with my friends.

Will mix it up next week and surprise all!

Always good to get out of a rut - whether created by others or self imposed.....

It's a good day when you learn something.....

You spend your days reading the papers, solving crossword puzzles and sudoku, then watching some TV?

I sincerely thank you very much for reminding me that my life is more productive than I thought.wai.gif
