I have cut down your post to the things I want to say something, because a lot of things you say simply do not apply, at least to my situation. There is neither war here, nor gangs of people abducting children, nor is there child trafficking. I believe, that it is definitely not a problem, if my daughter would see a naked person; somebody showering in their on garden (we had that example), somebody in their own home without having the blends down, people on a beach, people around showers and sports dressers during sports events. It is just bodies, and all those examples are obviously either unintentional, or normal, behavior. The line can be crossed quickly, that is true, but it would be not difficult for my daughter to look or move away -- if in doubt, she knows that she should remove herself from the situation, and then ask me for guidance later. It is a non-issue, really. My daughter is 10 and will have -- as she will need to take the train to her new school in the next city -- her own mobile phone. I expect her to be flooded with pornography, intentional or not, within a very very short while. So, how a nude body looks during a sexual act, will be quite common knowledge very soon (it cannot be prevented, if it is not on her phone, it will be on one of her classmates or friends). I do not like it, but it is the world we are living in. I think, as above, that discussing what she sees (and feels while doing so) is the immediate responsibility of parents, so that she is able to handle it as a factual part of life. That she knows about consent, physical boundaries she must set, respect for herself and others, medical risc (not just HIV, but impediment due to drugs, strangling and other unsafe practices), is just part of the obligations of any parent. The flowers-and-bees talk of olden times is really not adequate any more. The same is true for online mobbing and AI fakes, which I see as a much larger danger to her well-being. But again, this is something which she will encounter very, very soon, and she needs to have the right mental toolbox to handle it properly when it happens inevitably. I expect her to be sexually active within the next half decade or so, hopefully a lot later than sooner. But, again this is not something, that can be prevented (human nature); I will never be able to control, if that sleepover at friends or making homework together is exactly that, or a good story she tells me, while at the same time encouraging a large social circle of friends. So she will need to be mature enough to make a proper decision, if she will put herself in a situation where this is likely and/or actively wanted by her. My job as a parent is to give her guidance to make the decision that was the right one in hindsight, nothing more, nothing less. One point about self-defense: the only defence is running away. My daughter does Karate for several years, and some Krav Maga; still, even a boy one or two years older could put her down with ease -- so she absolutely knows not to rely on that, ever.
