On Wednesday afternoon, Rorng Rin, deputy military commander in Battambang’s Sampov Loun district, travelled across the Romduol border checkpoint in Battambang’s Phnom Proek district for a business meeting in Thailand, said Meas Peun, communications director at the checkpoint. June 19, 201511 yr so it is not just standard operating procedure for a Thai to flee the scene? Sad to see it seems like a regional issue to be too much of a coward to stop and try and help those you have ran over.
