Banglamung cable internet reliability

Featured Replies

I am on dark side near Manpravhan and subscribe to Banglamung cable's hi speed service. When it works it's great....but reliability is very poor. It goes off every time it rains and/or generally at least 1-2 days per week for a few hours.

Does anybody else have similar problems?

I am getting fairly exasperated with them and also frustrated at lack of alternatives as True and 3BB don't cover my area

Banglamung were shocking when we had them. At one stage, for about 2 weeks, it would go off at 8.30pm every night and come back at 7.30am next morning. Go figure!!!!

The customer service people were nice enough, just couldn't help except to tell you a technician would come next day? What time next day? No idea

WE Have 3BB also live near Mabrachan had them over two years with seldom any breakdowns and reasonable service. I run a minix streaming device and apart from around 5 0pm for an hour when the kids come home from school manage very well on their 590 Baht 10 meg package.
