Former British soldier jailed for 50 years in Thailand for drug dealing

Here's one for the pro Ecstasy camp. Just in. University student in New South Wales, Australia, consumes large quantity of alcohol whilst travelling to a sports game in Canberra, then takes Ecstasy, how many unknown, goes into cardiac arrest, now in a coma and dangerously ill. Now, many will blame the mixing of alcohol and the drug. Sure but look at this way, had he just consumed the alcohol, he would be drunk but not in his present condition. Had he taken the tablet, then maybe he might not be in the current condition but who knows. However, it shows that a drug/alcohol cocktail is not meant to be but this is what many do. I'm waiting for someone to say ban alcohol but not E Anyone have the opposite view, ban E not alcohol.
