Will non-b visa still be valid ?

Featured Replies

Hey there folks!

Just got back to Thailand with a One Year Non-B Multiple Entry visa, with my company's papers. I was supposed to be getting my work permit with it.

Now that I'm back, I'm not quite happy with the company's way of thinking or acting, and I'd like to cancel their offer, and quit the job.

Will my visa get cancelled if I do it ? No contracts were ever signed

Can I still stay in Thailand until the end of my 1st 90 day report ?

If I get another job offer in Thailand with this visa, can that new company apply for my work permit ?

Cheers

Your Multi Entry Non Imm B Visa is valid until it expires.

You will not be doing a 90 report because you will not staying here longer than 90 days. Your visa only allows a 90 day entry and you have to leave and re-enter the country to get a new entry.

You you get another job your employer will be able to apply for the work permit and have it issued.

So, to simplify all this - My visa is valid for 90 days and that's it ? It doesn't get cancelled straight away because I declined the offer from my employer ?

thx

A multiple entry non-B is valid for a year.

Each entry will get you permission to stay 90 days.

Check your passport, you got an entry stamp when you entered Thailand.

You must go to the border and get a new stamp every 90 days.

Your Visa is valid for 12 months.

You have multiple entries of up to 90 days each.

Visa are not cancelled.

If you have a One Year Non-B Multiple Entry visa then that can be used to obtain multiple 90 day entries to Thailand whilst the visa remains valid.

At the end of each 90 day entry you will have to leave, enter another country and the return for another 90 day entry
