zenplay
Hi. Can I go to immigration and make 90 days of my friend on behalf of him ? I read that it is possible but I do not know if I need specific additional paper, like authorization letter from him. Can someone give me some feedback about this ? Thank you. ubonjoe
You will need a letter from him authorizing you to do the report.

NancyL
When you do a 90 day report for another person, you're suppose to have a letter of authorization from them. Typically, they never ask if it's a husband/wife doing a report. I've done 90 day reports for people in hospital and always bring a letter from the hospital which usually is just glanced at and never kept. Better to be safe, than to have the 90 day report rejected and have to go track down another piece of paper.

mls
I asked about this at Pattaya immigration recently as I hadn't been well and it was a struggle to get there. I was told anyone can bring in my passport for it to be done and didn't need anything else. However, it may depend on whether or not the 90 day slip is barcoded, which mine is. Hope this helps.
