One way systems in Phetburi and Sukhumvit rds

I will be driving in central BKK in a couple of weeks.

Does anyone know what the situation is regards one-way in these 2 roads? I know they operate a "tidal flow" lane system but are there any times of day when the whole road is one way for private cars?

.... but you may need to travel up to a km in the wrong direction to get to a U-turn, as many entry points do not permit both a left and right turn. Allow plenty of time and lots of patience! Petchaburi (in particular) in rush hour - anytime during the day apart from 11:00 to 15:30 - is often a parking lot

Due to the lane allocations Suk is (mostly) Westbound and Pet (mostly) Eastbound. The tidal flow system is long defunct :(

There are also traps for the unwary travelling in the 'wrong' direction (such as being forced onto the expressway or off down a side road as straight is "buses only") but if you stick to the directions above you should be fine.

My advice, park the car and get the BTS / MRT.
