Lokie Posted July 14, 2015 Share Posted July 14, 2015 Why don't they just fit governers to these Vans, Cement Trucks and buses and Tacko's, would ensure they kept to the speed limits and the drivers were at least not fatiuged, oh forgot no one to enforce it and carry out the correct checks...
