Property lines- how to find out?

Recommended Posts

The land office is the place . They will (for a fee) carry out a survey and verify the boundaries of the land that your building is sitting on.

I have been advised that the fee is 10,000 Baht. That however is just hearsay

Up Country there are 2 fees. One is the "quick service fee", and the other is get in the queue fee. Just like the fee options, planning departments in certain California cities. If you are in a rush, you pay the OT, if you have time there is a standard fee. The fee in Buriram is very modest. Very reasonable, can be under 1000 baht depending on the size of the plot. They have proper GPS equipment in my observation.

The official fee over here in Nongkhai is around 3,000 Baht.

I think the fee of 10,000 Baht already include 7,000 Baht of under table fee (tea money).

Otherwise you must wait more than 1 year because there is a long queue.
