simon43 Posted August 26, 2015 Share Posted August 26, 2015 ANZ in Laos has offered these sorts of interest rates for years - not sure how they do it, but I have never heard of any problems with defaulting by the bank etc. (I had such a bank account with them about 4 years ago when I was working in Lao PDR).
