I have no idea on this subject.

I have a Thai friend who is concerned about her son being called up via the snooker ball method.

She knows my background and sees me training on an almost daily basis.

She wants me to start training her son.

He is only 11 and I have no idea how to train an 11 year old.

Any ideas ?

If he was 15 or 16 I would beast his ass.

Cannot do the same with an 11 year old

Every school has an Army ROTC type program...1) he should enroll in that is possible

1) 11 year olds can train ..you just need to be careful about developing joints.

Jogging...instead of running 10 K they can 2.5K

Pushups are Ok with some limits...as are most calisthenics. Jumping jacks, sit ups crunches

If he has never trained before...that is more than enough to keep him bust

Have nothing to do with any training. If it goes wrong you will be in the doodoo.

As said, enroll them in school army training.

Why worry? The conscripts I have seen cut the grass at the golf course. From what I understand that's par for the course.

11 year olds should be living life as a child , not made to be an Adult.
