Somewhere between 250 and 400 baht depending on tolls. Go upstairs at DM and grab one dropping off.

Thanks, i will try that. They have stopped pick ups from Level 4 at Suv.

Tolls should be around 50 + 85 baht I think. Taxi upstairs without surcharge is around 150 to 200 b depending on waiting time and distance.
