fang37
I have had a TRUE contract for many years. Recently, I upgraded to 3G. Under the old scheme, you could pay to extend the expiry date re credit. Now? As a low user, I never consume the credit in the stipulated time. Cost/minute? I telephoned TRUE re these questions - GGRRRR!
bamnutsak
I am confused. Do you have a current post-paid contract with TrueMove H? Or are you currently a pre-paid customer with TrueMove H. Post-paid contracts typically run for a term specified in the contract, usually 12 months. Pre-paid balances can have an expiration of up to 12 months. One can extend the expiration date out to the maximum of 365 days by topping up/adding value, for as little as 10 baht/30 days (12 baht with the 2 baht fee) at a generic top-up machine, or by paying 2 baht/30 days. Quick Add: http://truemoveh.truecorp.co.th/news_events/others/5158?ln=en Per minute voice calling charges are typically 1 baht/min, but these can vary greatly by exact plan/promotion. lopburi3
Do you even have a question? This is not the mobile phone section but perhaps you need to advise if talking about the same type of service (prepaid or postpaid)? I only know of extending credit for prepaid plans but do not use True or a prepaid plan.
fang37
Contacted TRUE - chat. Unenjoyable. Finally, I said to email me with details. Wishing & hoping? Extension of expiry date for pre-paid credit for 3G? Action required. 2G - no problem.
fang37
When talking to TRUE this morning, "Wan Tun Wan" was mentioned. What does this mean?
