I used them a lot from Chiang Mai to Bangkok,however last time in Aug turned up for my flight in Chiang Mai and it had been cancelled,no notice and no attempt to contact me either.I had a connecting flight from Bangkok to Hong Kong with only 1 hour connection time.They could not put me on the Thai International flight going to Bangkok at the same timefrom Cnx,so I ended up paying top dollar for a Cnx-Bkk flt to make my connection.It also took 4 months to get the refund and agree do not like the free for all for seating/boarding.So for me will give them a miss unless nothing else available.
