Signing into one of my blogs on blogger.com today I got the following message:

http://ec.europa.eu/ipg/basics/legal/cookies/index_en.htm mentions that this EU rule for obtaining the users' consent for cookies applies only to webpages on the domain europa.eu. Therefore, I cannot understand why I get the above notification for my blog on blogger.com. The link Learn more in Google's notification sheds no light on it.
