Featured Replies

When I try to open following link I get a warning to it will lead me to unsafe website(s)

The alarm seems to be generated by Gmail I use in Chrome on Win 7

The topic can be found here:

Hang on there a second and let me click on it.

I bit better description of is in order.

The image you included is of a gmail email currently in a SPAM folder.

Why would you click on a link in that?

Did you vet the provenance of the email (did it actually come form ThaiVisa)? [show Original]

By the way, a sender being "Thailand Forum" isn't synonymous with Thaivisa.com

Please, please, please be a bit more descriptive of your reports.

...then again, it might just be google being weird.

I'm apologizing for my original post Got this message from a GoogleGroups emailed digest I'm a member of.

Well, of coarse *these* people may be trying to scam me and steal my information, it's a yangon-expat google group, these people are opportunists. I expect that type of behavior from a google group that's no better than a digital version of free post-up message board outside a grocery or community hall.

Though it's the first time in 5 years that Google has even tried to warn me about them. Google gmail must have tweaked their algorithm again.
