Can anyone advise

I need my UK Annual military Pension notarising

Usually I do this in BBK at the British Embassy

which is expensive and time consuming

Does anyone know of a Notary Service in HH area that is recognised by Hua Hin Immigration ?

And expected costs

Or must i visit British Embassy in BKK ? - I do not want to use the 10 day postal service

The Embassy will not "notarise" your pension documents but they will provide a letter which meets the Thai immigration services requirements.

The letter is obtained by post.

I doubt anything other than the Embassy letter will be accepted.
