PM satisfied with bombing investigation

BANGKOK, 1 September 2015 (NNT) - Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has thanked all officers who worked together until the investigation into the Bangkok explosions progressed significantly. The PM however called for all sides not to draw hasty conclusions about the reasons behind the bomb blasts.

The cooperation between military and police officers in the case had led to arrests of the suspects, said Gen. Prayut. He suggested that everyone should not assume who was behind the attacks since their guesses might affect many groups of people.

Meanwhile, Minister of Foreign Affairs Don Pramudwinai has stressed that the government needed to step up immigration controls after one of the bomb suspects was found to hold fake passports.

Does the unelected PM have short term memory loss?

He says above that..... The PM however called for all sides not to draw hasty conclusions about the reasons behind the bomb blasts.

He suggested that everyone should not assume who was behind the attacks since their guesses might affect many groups of people.

Yet in another news thread, he is reported as saying this : BANGKOK: -- Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha said Friday that the Erawan Shrine bombing might be related to the Uighur smuggling.

How many times have you been told PM.... Keep your mouth shut. It's not a redeeming quality wanting to hear your own voice.

Well if captain incompetence is satisfied that's good enough for me. He needs to get back to the core problems facing Thailand like bike lanes and lottery tickets, not to mention the scourge of 20 baht hi-lo gambling.

He was satisfied with the Koh Tao investigation and he's satisfied with this one. Clearly his standards aren't very high, nor does he expect much of the RTP....coffee1.gif

Does his satisfaction extend to the police taking the reward money for a job they are paid to do in the first place?

It's in the papers in Europe.

Mr PM...people, you know , those people you are trying to attract as tourists, are laughing at you and your administration.

Your status has been reduced from others having a very low opinion to that of Mr Bean.

He simply cannot. He has no idea how he sounds, nor how he comes across. My guess, is that if he did, he would be quite silent. Nobody wants to appear to be very ignorant.

'Whatever you do, don't you dare call it an act of international terrorism in retaliation for a decision I made!'

Don't forget the horror which is foam wind-up handles stuck to small cars!

Yep, perfect!

2 Words: Koh Tao!

Apparently thinks global faces depict smiles of satisfaction when, in fact,

everyone is laughing !

Anyone else with me to be amazingly surprized by the amount of positive support any botchd up investigation received in the Land of Smiles? Ahhh, we're all so happy now! clap2.gif

He praised the KT investigation before the full ineptitude became really apparent. As did the Chief of Police. Both strangely quite on that one now.

Wonder if this will turn out to be a similar efficient and effective investigation rolleyes.gif

It's great when politicians jump in a praise the police for a job well done, then it all falls to pieces shortly after.

But, so sad that the standard of law enforcement isn't really being addressed.

the self proclaimed PM sounds like he is easy to please....

The Standards here - no matter what it might be - are and always will be extremely low but seems like the dear PM has set a new standard for "Low" ... blink.png

He couldnt keep his gob shut about Koh Toilet case (which is bitting his a.. now) and yet again his mouth open and out comes nonsens ... Imagine he is the leader of 65 mill. people ... facepalm.gif

B.S. how can he be satisfied when he only has one suspect under arrest and the rest of the cell still free to bomb and kill innocent people. Not great police work but good lip service. So said a PM would say such a thing!
