The Thai Consulate states one of the fee requirement is to pay it by money order. Is a "moneygram money order" sufficient ? I don't want to sound like a newbie but time is of the importance here .I would surely die if they decided it wasn't.

'Money Orders' usually involve a bank sending money without the help of MoneyGram, but it might mean different things in different countries.
