If this actual "buff...er...ing", or "signal dr_p_ut"

Buffering is usually a symptom of a poor packet delivery over your Internet connection, or slow "live transcoding" necessary for bluetooth retransmission by an overloaded or slowed CPU.

Dropouts can be caused by lack of timely data transmissions (eg: maybe a overloaded or slowed CPU) or signal interference (not enough signal above noise level, too much signal ghosting, signal competition, weak signal due to distance)

Suggest reading forums dedicated to the HTC One that discuss the issue -- (there are quite a few, so you are not alone in this) and see if anybody has any practical solutions (I didn't see any in my quick jaunt, other than going drastic with loading custom firmware on your phone).

No, I don't benefit from my opinion. But every day I'm flabbergasted by the sound of these speakers. For their size they very heavy which may explain the volume, richness. Plus they are ever so elegantly styled. For mere 10,000 THB
