Multy entry Non O in Penang?

Featured Replies

Hi, to have a multy entry non o based on marriage, how much in the bank I have to show in Penang? Someone say 400,000 thb, anotherone say if up to 100,000 there are no problems! Please the true. Thank you

If you can show 400K Penang will probably issue the visa.

I have seen 200k to 400k baht mentioned to get a multiple entry non-o in Penang.

You can get one in Savannakhet Laos with no financial proof.

My best choice can be Penang because the distance. Some visa run agency told me that in Penang they can give a multy entry if in the bank I have 100,000 thb up. Possible?

I'm sorry but why are you asking here for something so important why don't you contact the Penang Consulate direct. Some people here have not got a clue but will still advise you, ie does Nakornchiaair stop half way, someone replied "I think you'll find Nakornchaiair are all direct flights, email the consulate they do reply and you've got a direct answer then.

Yes. You should have no problems with >100k THB or equivalent. And it does not have to be a Thai Bank. It can be any bank statement with MYR or USD equivalent. Maybe a few other major currencies are accepted also like JPY SGD, AUD, etc. I used a bank statement from US bank in English with no problems.

I've done a non-O twice in Penang for visiting Thai family with a US passport.

What nationality passport do you have? Remember the visa fees have increased to 750 RM (about 7700 THB), RM only accepted at Penang Thai consulate. Drop off in the morning before 11:00 AM and pick up next day after 14:00 pm.

Let us know how it turns out.

If I fly by myself to Penang? There is some cheap hotel around the embassy?
