business extension of stay renewal : what time to get an early queue?

It is time to renew my annual extension of stay for business purpose. I understand the old office still process business-related matters.

What time will I need to show up to be processed early in the morning? Last year I showed up at 4 in the morning and was not the first one. I am hoping that it will be less busy now that they moved some of their ops to promenada.

Please advise.

No Chiang mai mate can advise really? One of the immigration officers said that 7am is enough ... sounds late to get a morning queue!
