Modular Upvc houses

Hope to be moving to Udon Thani in the near future from Pattaya.Does anyone have experience of Upvc houses?Are there any factories in Udon Thani selling them?We have a good sized piece of land about 20k from Udon and I would think this type of house would be fairly quick to erect on a foundation.

If construction speed was your only consideration, there are modular homes along Highway 2 near Udon Thani. You might also consider the Q Con wall Groove Easy wall PANELS which are very easy for two men to build. UPVC windows are available in any town. The Q Con wall blocks are fairly fast in build time and you can save time by purchasing the Q Con or Diamond brand reinforced door and window lintels. You might think about the monthly PEA fill to cool a UPVC or other modular home vs a home built with Q Con wall blocks or Q Con wall panels. Plenty of videos on youtube showing instructions in Thai on how to build with Qcon wall blocks and Qcon Easy wall panels. Better home builders merchants in any community can show you Qcon easy wall panels or AAC blocks. Renting shuttering for foundations and columns will save you time and money. Even a basic small home in a village can use rented shuttering and ready mix concrete delivery to see the build go a bit faster. If you own or rent a concrete vibrator you will see a better result with your concrete strength.
