I will be staying at a place called Maruay Hotel near Kasetsart University. I am wondering how much it will be for a taxi from Suvarnabhumi to the hotel. What are gas prices now in BKK per litre? When I tried booking a rental car (economy seat 5 passenger) from Avis or Hertz - the search turned up "not available," any idea; maybe because Suvarnabhumi airport rentals are not "on-line" yet. Any comment. Also what bus could I take as an alternate to getting to the Maruay Hotel from Suvarnabhumi would be greatly appreciated...
