We have a child who needs some regular physio we have tried a couple of places, incl bumrungrad, and not found anything satisfactory as yet. (it doesnt seem to be a particularly high skilled occupation in Thailand from my observation ) Would ideally like to find someone western trained, familiar with modern techniques and with reasonable level of English.

I doubt you will find what you are seeking in Thailand.

Physiotherapy is not a well developed profession in Thailand and Western Educated Paediatric Physios will be rarer than hens teeth.

Yes, it is a very weak area in Thai medicine.

yes, thanks for the replys, Samitivej was on the list and we will now give it a try. Its a little odd that physiotherapy sevices seem to be so limited in Thailand (even in supposed world class hospitals like bumrungrad) but thats been our experience as well.

@worldchild: have you found already any good physiotherapist for children in bangkok? I do have also  7 yrs old son who need physiotherapy regularly. We plan to move to Bangkok in the next couple months.
