Dentist Recommendation for 3 yr old

Featured Replies

Think it's time for my youngest to have his first visit to the dentist office for a simple check-up and was wondering if anyone has had any experience they would be so kind to share.

My older boys went to the Government hospital today under the 30 bht scheme (actually it's free but I love using the word "scheme" since they do for this program) and after taking a look in my 10 yr old's mouth they said it looked o.k. and didn't even give him a cleaning.

As that's not the kind of preventive care I'm looking for I interested in finding some caring dental care.

Thanks JC

Wait till his real teeth appear.

Baby teeth don't matter.

I had excellent treatment at the adult RAM Dental section.

They have a Childrens' section, which might be worth checking out.

Dentaland on Nimmanhaemin Soi 17.

My kids *look forward* to dentist visits there.

They're truly brilliant, and while a bit more expensive than you're average village dentist, it really isn't too bad for something you only do twice a year.

I second Winnie's recommendation for Dentalland. Actually, it began as a dentist's office for kids and then branched out. When our daughter was little she actually looked forward to seeing her dentist.
