The right wing/former Republican/libertarian amicus briefs are coming in supporting the plaintiff in the Pensacola, IEEPA tariff case. The case is basically that the IEEPA, while it enumerates the tools available to deal with a crisis, never mentions 'tariffs'. The government may be taking the tack that the IEEPA allows anything it DOESN'T specifically disallow. -

Wow, how annoying you are. I have never in my life felt that I have at least bit issue with kidney stones even at 65. It's not even a remote concern in the back of my mind. At b65 a small package I think I would have to spend a small fortune to even get the tiniest of kidney stone from eating spinach and Thailand LOL You people are absolutely ridiculous. So, I'll leave you to your white bread and your deep fried pizza. You can avoid kidney stones 👍👍 -

First, "Poobah" is one word, not two. Sorry, I don't go chasing down links in comment posts. That said, it appears most of what you posted is post-October 7. OF COURSE you're going to get demagogues like Smotrich getting a hearing after a massacre like that. And -- I don't support the settlers. Or Smotrich. I'm against the settlements in the West Bank. You keep flailing and failing, because you assume what I believe. But you're wrong. Here's (some of) my thesis, rage against this: 1) The Palestinians are their own worst enemies. They CONSTANTLY support brutal violence against the Jews even when it will result in a horrific reprisal... ESPECIALLY when it will result in a horrific reprisal. Polling in Gaza shows consistent, long-term support for terror. They and their leaders have rejected peace again and again. As famously said about them, "Palestinians have never missed an opportunity to miss an opportunity." 2) I don't support Israeli encroachment into the West Bank. I think the only fair and REALISTIC future is for Palestine to someday become an ACTUAL country... but to do that they have to forgo their death cult version of Islam and Palestinian identity. They also have to recognize that Israel isn't going anywhere and wishing for the violent deaths of Israel's Jewish population is self-defeating. -

First I give them the disrespectful glare!!!! Shame on you for not working, lazy farangs!!!!! Then I take their picture and give them the sex pat look of disgust!!!! I'll speak Thai and flash my 5 baht gold chain!!!! Eye contact only for 0.000004 seconds, then shake your head as if you have just seen the worst human on Earth. Stare at their tattoos, shake head again!!!! Elephant pants, laugh!! Dirty hippy hair, laugh!!! This is a great way to make friends and influence people. We are social creatures, so it's nice to see the great evolution of the insecure farang. I stopped worrying about all this rubbish in my 30's. Yea, shame of me it took that long. I'll comment because it cracks me up. Another massive time waster is worrying about America when you grew up in (name any place outside of America). You won't get an American passport just because America lives in your head 24/7. Again, Buddhism. Relax....and remember, they are likely mocking you as well.
