and do you know some bus or red car or other color go to fang or thaton to mae sai ?

I believe there is a regular bus from Fang to Chiang Rai via the 107. Get off at Mae Chan to catch the bus up to Mae Sai. Also, and more scenic, local songtaews from Fang to Thaton to Mae Salong to Mae Chan to Mae Sai.

thank guys i know there a bus to mae sai and CR by greenbus but they go around 2 pm and i would like to know about the songtaews if they go every hour or no ?

Either the green bus or a green songthaew (hourly from day market in the centre of Fang) to Mae Suai where you will change to a blue bus to Chiang Rai central bus station. From CR there are plenty of buses.

Does the boat trip down the Kok river from Thaton to CR still run?
