Which countries allow me to apply for a TV using a Visa Service?

Hi,

I was in Penang and used a visa service which meant I didn't have to step foot into the embassy/consultate which I found to be super convenient. In what other countries can I do this?

And is it generally not a good idea to attempt to get back to back tourist visas from any given country?

I am not aware of any office other than Penang that allows it.

I think Penang will do 2 back to back. You can get a 2 entry visa in Vientiane or Savannakhet Laos.
