Tres Ochos Tequila Source in Niman?

I heard there was a small shop in the Niman area that sold a high end tequila called Tres Ochos ("3 888").

I found this tequila at Rimping at Nim Plaza, but I was told that this Niman shop, whatever it's name, sells it much cheaper.

Does anyone know the small shop that sells this high-end tequila? I heard it was on one of the side roads, and I confirmed this part by checking all the small shops on the main road. They do not carry it.
