Need i say ?,too much Coffee is bad for you .

According to the latest research, too little is also bad for you. Which is another way of saying that coffee is actually good for you if you drink up to 3 cups per day.

I recently heard that 4 cups was good for you in helping to prevent some diseases. I think colon cancer was one.

Stick around you will eventually hear what you believe to be true. I am happy with one cup a day don't pay much attention to what it is. Drink it black. Helps to start the day not really some thing I sit around and sip while I marvel at the taste and aroma. Would like to find some with a hazelnut cream flavor but refuse to use the sugar loaded syrups so black it is.
