glen
Hi all, Ive had an OA retirement for the last 5 years which is current to Feb 2016. I now have the chance to work for a university for a year - with them doing all the paperwork re work permit. My question is at the end of that time will I be able to shift back to OA visa? thanks in advance, Glen
ubonjoe
I think you have been getting extension of stay at immigration not going to an embassy or consulate in your home country for a OA visa. You will not have a problem getting an extension of stay based upon retirement after working but you may have to leave the country to get a non-o visa to apply for it.
