yeah...go down to the local fresh market to the meat vendors and they will have what yer lookin' for...

pig guts mostly and be prepared to wash them thoroughly...I've done my own sausages now a few times in rural Suphanburi and the wife and the family now like doing it on their own...

make sure that you have the necessary attachment to the meat grinder...there's tons of recipes in the internet...just google yer favorite...

Thanks for all your replies, i contacted BOT a couple of day's ago still waiting for a reply.

The local market skins are not an option for me , i don't mind cleaning sausage skins been diong it for over 30 in the meat game LOL

Natural skins are the way to go, i don't want none of those paper <deleted> type like you get around the sausages in Thailand .

I've used those often. You've got to untangle them which is a chore I don't much care for. And they are all different widths and some have holes. That said, I've used them and they do work. Just more effort than the kind sold by B.O.T.
