What would be a mild/safe laxative for gut that got lazy during the fever, That can be also used with fever....

There is no special contraindication because of the fever, but having had dengue and already being wiped out you aren't going to want to add to it by inducing the runs.

Have you tried fiber first? Prunes are available at all the stores (Big C, Tesco etc) and seldom fail.

You really should get a definite diagnosis. A doctor might be able to recognise danger signs better than you and will tell you what to look out for. Also it could be something else viral or bacterial.

I have in every aspect so typically, that there is no doubt. On the point exactly. Currently I am funny skin stage, so I strongly hope that I am close to the end of this story. Also fever just a moderate 38.2 (measured under the arm).

If by funny skin you mean rash then yes you are near the end of it. But will be wiped out for a good while and the depression will set in soon.

Fever down 36.8....So I am done.....at the moment no traces of depression....rather overjoy.

I may try to go a few days to the beach, but I guess this skin isn't sun resistant. A small sunburn might be the last thing the skin needs now.

The impression of the skin depends a lot.....in the morning my arms very bright red. sitting here under the aircon, it is almost complete gone. So it is hard to tell how it progress.

The last thing you need is the beach. Also you should not even be thinking about exercise, in fact nothing but rest as you are likely to face post viral fatigue.

Tomorrow I fly off to the beach biggrin.png

As well I'll start with exercise but very moderate, like an evening walk on the beach or going with the bicycle to the 7/11 to buy a beer.

And starting stretching.....I am full aware that I can't jump into hard training, but something very light together with fresh air and some green and blue is surely good for the body.

Also sitting at home and looking at the wall is the guarantee for the depressions Sheryl warned against.

Just spoke with a customer.

His daughter got dengue. No complications, just normal dengue (not hemorrhagic dengue fever). Hospital took her for 7 days, had her on infusions all the time. Charged him a fortune, also for medicine.

They let him know that medicine against the dengue fever is extreme important. That guy is anyway not wealthy and spend all (and more).

It is a difference between having someone under supervision in the hospital....better safe than sorry.....or charge some poor for saline infusion+paracetamol because the poor father thinks else his daughter will die. That is fraudulent. He was very surprised that I survived....as they told him you die for sure without the medicine....
