I see in the Bangkok Post where the OTP is taking a look at some bus routes in Chiang Mai. Again not specified was the completion date more than likely 2235.

..... and after a month or two......the whole bus fleet disappears at once....

The new buses are really nice. Have jumped on near Haiya and went to the Airport Plaza. New, clean and 15B/person. I believe that was the #4 line.
