During my Dengue Fever I also got Herpes and as usual for me inside the nose.

This time instead of the small bubbles it is more that most of front area inside is inflamed. Not serious but with already all my skin is itching this is just the icing on the cake....

It seems the hard surface always cracks and prolongs the time of healing.

Any cream that I can put on it that helps. Note it is inside the nose, not on real skin.

Acyclovir any rx will have it, cream works great.

I've found that Virogon works best for me. Many pharmacies sell Vilerm which doesn't work for me at all. Virogon is pretty quickly effective though. You can combine the cream with 800 mg Virogon tablets for even better results. Good luck.
